Carol Woolton is recognized as a global industry leader in the luxury sector. As editorial director and contributor for over 25 years at Conde Nast she has garnered audiences around the world writing for Vogue US, UK, Australia, Korea, Germany, China, Japan, Vanity Fair, Air Mail and The Financial Times amongst others. 

She’s the best-selling author of multiple books covering the broad spectrum of jewelery sold in more than 50 countries worldwide. As a jewelery historian she curated exhibitions in the US and UK and lectures at venues such as the New York Public Library and London’s V&A Museum. She hosts the world’s first independent podcast dedicated to jewelery “If Jewels Could Talk with Carol Woolton” exploring every facet of jewelery.

She’s a founder member of the Leopard Charity established in 2016 created to preserve the expertise, innovation and design excellence in jewelery, as well as identifying and nurturing young talent critical to its future.
